Automotive Parts Sales Advisor Required in the Croydon area
1. Hours: 7am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday no weekends
2. Pay: Circa £31k per annum + bonuses
We are currently working with a well-established Motor Trade Dealership Group who have been operating the London, Kent and Surrey region for over successful 70 years and counting. Our client prides itself on the countless Automotive recognised employee industry award it has won over the past 10 years and represents 8 different vehicle manufacturers.
They are seeking an Experienced Trade Parts Advisor who has at least 2 years experience within a Main Dealership; or from a similar environment, to join and support the work of their Parts Sales Operation within a B2B Automotive supplier environment. This is a crucial role to the success of the business, as such, the rewards and benefits they offset set them apart from other Car Parts Suppliers in their local area.

Within this Part Sales Advisor role your typical duties will include:
7. Responding to customer sales ordering ,queries and complaints in an efficient and professional manner
8. Escalating customer issues with senior parts advisors and management when the need arises
9. Adhering to company policies and procedures when interacting with customers
10. Following up on customer calls to ensure that that customers are satisfied
11. Staying up to date with products, services and policies by attending training sessions
12. Ensuring that they accurately comprehend customer requests and issues by confirming and clarifying information
13. Upselling products and services where possible and actively working towards reaching sales targets
14. Maintaining accurate customer records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system and completing call logs and reports
15. Parts look up and pre pick customer orders
