About the Role:
As Support Coordinator, you'll ensure the seamless delivery of care by managing weekly rotas, supervising support staff, and maintaining high standards of care across our services. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the unique demands of coordinating home care services.
Key Responsibilities:
· Create, manage, and distribute weekly staff rotas with attention to travel time and continuity of care.
· Supervise and support a team of dedicated Support Workers to deliver quality, person-centred care.
· Liaise with clients and families to handle enquiries professionally and compassionately.
· Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure current and future staffing needs are met.
· Participate in the on-call rota (1 week in every 4) to manage out-of-hours issues.
· Conduct service user assessments, care reviews, and staff spot checks.
· Support the Registered Manager with staff appraisals and identifying training needs.
Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years' experience in a care coordination or supervisory role within domiciliary/home care.
· Demonstrated ability to manage staff rotas and work under pressure.
· Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
· Good IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and scheduling systems.
· Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential for field duties).
· Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends when required.
· Out of hours on-call duties fortnightly/monthly

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Support Coordinator located in Bolton. The Support Coordinator will be responsible for managing cases, providing technical support, offering customer service, and maintaining effective communication. Daily tasks include coordinating support services, responding to client inquiries, and ensuring that clients receive the necessary resources and assistance.
Essential Requirements
* You must be based in Bolton or the Greater Manchester area (England).
* You must have substantial, hands-on care experience, ideally in a community care setting, or experience in domiciliary care.
