The Role:
We’ve created a brand-new marketing function, and as our Marketing Manager, you’ll take the lead in crafting and delivering impactful end-to-end marketing strategies that fuel growth, elevate our brand, and inspire engagement across global B2B audiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement data-driven marketing plans aligned with business goals, focusing on lead generation and customer retention.
* Campaign Management: Design and execute targeted B2B and channel marketing campaigns (email, digital, events) using CRM tools like HubSpot, optimising performance through analytics.
* Content Creation: Produce high-quality, tailored content for a range of marketing and online communications.
* Brand Consistency: Ensure cohesive branding across all channels, acting as the primary brand ambassador.
* Event Coordination: Identify and organise relevant webinars and industry events to drive engagement and brand exposure.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and partners to ensure alignment and achieve collective goals.
Ideal Candidate
* Proven Expertise: In B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or healthcare.
* CRM Proficiency: HubSpot experience is advantageous.
* Results Orientation: Focused on driving impactful marketing strategies.
* Strategic Mindset: Ability to balance long-term vision with tactical execution.
* Creative Problem-Solving: Innovate campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
* Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills to measure ROI and refine strategies.
