What We re Looking For Must hold Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Qualification Must be happy to work full time, Monday to Friday A positive, supportive attitude and willingness to help create a fun, safe environment DBS check required (or willingness to obtain one) Nursery Manager applicants must be confident leading and supporting a small team Nursery Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead and support the nursery team to ensure a high standard of care and education Oversee the daily running of the nursery, ensuring policies and safeguarding procedures are always followed Create and maintain a positive, nurturing atmosphere for children, parents, and staff Complete staff rotas, maintain records, and ensure compliance with EYFS standards Build strong relationships with families and communicate effectively with parents Support children s learning and development through engaging activities and play Monitor health & safety, conduct risk assessments, and maintain a safe environment Oversee planning, observations, and children s progress tracking Provide leadership, coaching, and support to the nursery team Nursery Assistant Day-to-Day Responsibilities Support the room leader and wider nursery team to deliver high-quality care Engage with children through fun, stimulating activities that support learning and development Maintain a safe, clean, and caring environment at all times Assist with daily routines including meals, nappy changes, and outdoor play Build positive relationships with children and their families Follow EYFS guidance and contribute to observations and planning Work collaboratively with the team to create an encouraging and welcoming setting Why Join?
