Responsibilities
* Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including skincare, and other specialised services
* Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all treatment areas
* Provide personalised advice on skincare routines and product recommendations
* Ensure client comfort and satisfaction throughout each appointment
* Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products
* Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and operational flow
* Uphold professional standards in appearance, behaviour, and communication at all times
Requirements
* Proven experience beauty therapy services
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
* Strong communication skills to clearly explain treatments and recommendations
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
* Organised with the ability to manage multiple appointments effectively
* Professional attitude with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
* Relevant qualifications or certifications in beauty therapy or related fields are preferred
