As an RGN Unit Lead Nurse, you will:
* Assess and provide health supervision and direct nursing care.
* Evaluate social and health care needs of new clients and conduct ongoing assessments.
* Maintain and complete client care plans in collaboration with clients, relatives, and healthcare professionals.
* Administer prescribed medications and document them according to guidelines.
* Supervise and mentor junior staff, offering guidance and support.
* Attend mandatory training sessions and courses.
* Communicate effectively with clients, relatives, and the multidisciplinary team.
