About the Role You will play a key leadership role within a site that operates 24/7, supporting both the day and night teams and ensuring our logistics processes run to the highest standards. With around 30 vehicle dispatches per day to multiple major customers, this is a high-volume, time-critical operation where your expertise will make a real difference. You will oversee all daily logistics activity including dispatch, goods-in, stock management, equipment availability and supplier performance. You will coach and mentor colleagues, challenge existing ways of working, and help drive best practice across the operation. What you'll be doing: Lead the day-to-day running of Dispatch and Goods-In functions Oversee approx. 30 vehicle movements daily across 5-6 customer sites Ensure timely supply of clean trays to the factory Manage stock accuracy and tray/pallet controls Maintain strong logistics supplier relationships and service levels Coach, challenge and mentor a team of around 8 colleagues per shift Ensure both day and night teams are fully supported and staffed Own and raise all supply chain purchase orders About You Are you an experienced logistics professional who works in a fast-paced environment?
