Daily Covers: 60-250 seasonal
Contracted Hours: 48
Brigade size: 6-8 chefs
Salary: up to 45k basic with 5k service and bonus on top
Report to: Executive chef
Group size: 9 sites
Nearest transport: Must drive or Live in
We are looking for an experienced head chef or senior sous chef for a fantastic restaurant and gastropub on the Norfolk coast. This is a well-established and awarded site with a good following.
The role of the head chef will be to work with the executive chef to deliver high standard at high volume across the site and to train and motivate the team while maintaining high standards back of house.
You must be a strong team leader, ideally have rosette level cooking experience be used to working with seasonal ingredients.
