About the Role: Working alongside a second nurse to support 32 residents, you will lead the care team during your shift, ensuring safe, effective, and emotionally supportive care. You’ll also take on the responsibility of Named Nurse for a group of residents, maintaining care plans and promoting a culture of dignity and respect.
