Your new role
As Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in managing and supporting a local project team. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Progressing and tracking referrals into the service.
2. Providing advice and information to clients to enable positive oues.
3. Assisting the Service Manager with operational management and staff supervision.
This role involves frequent travel across Wiltshire, so flexibility and mobility are essential.
What you'll need to succeed
4. A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle (business insurance required).
5. Strong leadership and organisational skills.
6. Understanding of safeguarding and the ability to respond to concerns appropriately.
7. Experience working with Travellingmunities or lived experience of themunity is highly desirable.
