We're recruiting for a full-time Payroll Administrator to join a well-established and friendly business that provides healthcare services across the UK. This is a permanent, office-based role working Monday to Friday.
You'll join a lively and supportive office environment where the finance and recruitment teams work closely together. The business is family-run with a long-standing team, offering excellent training and stability.
The Role
Working as part of a 5 person finance team, you'll support with the weekly payroll for a large number of healthcare workers, and provide administrative help to the recruitment and compliance teams. Duties will include:
Processing payroll
Issuing invoices and handling finance queries
Supporting with Right to Work, DBS, and compliance checks
Helping with general admin and coordination tasks as needed
Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone with a solid grounding in admin and a genuine interest in building a career in finance or payroll. Experience in payroll is a bonus but not essential, as full training is provided. You'll need to be highly organised, accurate with data, and a good communicator.
