We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our team in a busy dementia-focused home in Glasgow. The successful candidate will support the Deputy and Home Manager in leading and managing a team of nurses, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and supervise nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
* Oversee day-to-day operations on the floor with a hands‑on approach.
* Maintain excellent clinical skills and ensure best practices are followed.
* Lead by example and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
* Demonstrate a passion for dementia care and an ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
