Your Role as a Classroom Teacher
As a classroom teacher, you will:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and challenge pupils in Key Stages 1 or 2
* Create a positive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported
* Use assessment thoughtfully to track progress and adapt learning to individual needs
* Build strong relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues to support all-round development
* Get involved in school life beyond the classroom, contributing to events and activities that enrich the community

You will be:
* A qualified teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experienced in teaching Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2
