ALP Schools are a growing chain of small independent schools catering for young people with special educational needs. Parkview Academy is Ofsted registered for 40 learners and as such class sizes are small, ranging from one to one teaching to classes of up to 6 learners. The school's vision is to empower success through holistic and individualised learning. To achieve this we work with learners from primary to post-16 and ensure that their needs are met and that each individual is provided a wide range of learning opportunities.

We are looking a Teaching Assistant to work as part of a team in supporting and guiding learners with special educational needs and challenging behaviour in both individual and small group learning sessions.
The post holder may work with primary, secondary or Post 16 learners to support and assist them in establishing good attendance, positive relationships, routine, trust and respect and support teaching and learning with the school.
