Salary: £24,000 - £26,000

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage file opening/closing and draft relevant correspondence.
* Complete various conveyancing administrative tasks including Land Registry applications and submission of Stamp Duty returns.
* Ensure client care and engagement throughout the conveyancing process.
* Assist with file management and the progression of client matters.
* Perform general secretarial duties such as typing, photocopying, and diary management.
Essential Requirements:
* Proven experience in a legal secretary role, preferably within residential property.
* Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Proficiency in computer use, including Microsoft Office.
