Your new company You will be joining the Department for Communities, specifically within the Financial Management, Corporate Services Group - Finance Business Partner Team, based at Causeway Exchange, 1-7 Bedford Street, Belfast, BT2 7EG. This team plays a key role in supporting financial governance and strategic budgetary planning across the Corporate Services Group. Your new role As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for: Managing the Corporate Services Group (CSG) budget, including allocations, profiling, and system uploads. Monitoring and analysing monthly financial performance, investigating and reporting on variances. Preparing key financial reports such as Departmental and Group Management Board Reports and Forecast Outturns. Supporting budget planning and review exercises. Maintaining staff baselines and preparing monthly workforce planning returns. Providing financial advice to CSG cost centres. Assisting with capital forecasting and the Rolling 5-Year Capital Forecast. Undertaking ad hoc duties as required by management. What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this role, you must: Be a professionally qualified accountant.
