The Role – Care Home Manager / Nursing Home Manager / Registered Manager
As our Care Home Manager, you’ll take full operational leadership of a modern, high-quality care home. Your focus will be on driving clinical excellence, compliance, and resident wellbeing while fostering a culture of compassion and continuous improvement.
You will:
Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team to deliver person-centred care.
Ensure compliance with CQC standards and best practice guidelines.
Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively.
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the local community.
Use data and digital care planning to enhance quality and efficiency.
