Job Description JOB TITLE: Data Culture Manager LOCATION(S): Leeds Wellington Place SALARY: £43,803 - £48,670 HOURS: Full time WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in our Leeds Wellington Place office About this opportunity As we continue to grow on our transformation journey, we are looking for two Data Culture Managers to join us on a permanent basis. In joining this team you’ll be part of the Finance Data and Analytics Office, playing an integral part of our delivery to Group Finance, improving data culture and strategy. In this role you’ll be working closely with the Data Strategy & Culture Senior Manager to support data culture plans and Finance Data Committee activities. Day to day you’ll be; Supporting the development and documentation of a comprehensive data culture roadmap that aligns with the Group’s approach. Establishing metrics and delivering timely and accurate analysis to measure the impact of data culture initiatives. Crafting engaging communication on data initiatives to further build a data-driven culture, including improving data management understanding. Supporting the Accountable Executive for Finance Data Risk, providing appropriate oversight of data risk & control activities across Finance through the operation of the Finance Data Committee. Co-ordinating the delivery of high-quality inputs to and outputs from Data Governance Forums and Committees, ensuring well-run meetings. Support the wider team with the development and delivery of activities across learning and data management drivers across Group Finance. About us If you think all banks are the same, you’d be wrong. What you’ll need Good communication and presentation skills. The ability to prioritise tasks and organise your time effectively to meet team objectives. Experience crafting and delivering reports showing teams progress on tasks. Ability to co-ordinate multiple inputs for committee papers, and structure preparation of those. Experience managing key relationships. And any experience of these would be really useful Data visualisation tools, e.g. Power BI. Knowledge or experience with training and culture programmes. Awareness of Viva Learning. Knowledge of data management.
