Your responsibilities will include:
Leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service
Organizing staff schedules and ensuring smooth operations
Partnering with our Head Chef to maintain top-tier food safety standards
Managing supplier relationships and inventory to keep everything running seamlessly
Recruiting, training, and empowering your team
Driving revenue growth and implementing strategies to boost sales
What we're looking for:
Previous experience as a General Manager or Front of House Lead
A passion for hospitality and high standards in customer service and health & safety
Eligibility to live and work in the UK
