The role will involve using your technical expertise, to identify, solve and report on faults raised.Are you the right person for the job?Competent in fault finding LED/LCD and audio hardwareCompetent IT knowledge (Outlook / Microsoft office)Experience working with AV equipment (LCD/ LCD / Audio)Work with initiative, on your own, or as part of a teamAbility to plan day, and feedback to desk staff issues / changes in planned works for that dayFault finding experience with the ability to use testing tools such as network testers, multimeters etcGreat people skills, with a customer focused attitude, having the ability to work under pressureOrganized, punctual and professionalFull UK driving licenceCSCS/ECS Certification is desirableIPAF 3a and 3b MEWPS is desirableBased around Swindon/M4 Corridor to effectively service South West clients What will your role look like?To maintain a wide range of technical hardware including LED, LCD and audio equipmentEnsuring the completion of accurate on-site reports detailing root cause analysisWhen appropriate, conduct site surveys, ensuring key information is captured and fed back to the business as requiredInterpret written directives, including drawings, schematics and other technical documentationCarry out PPM (Preventive Maintenance Visits) ensuring PPM reports are filled out accuratelySupport when required with installations and service projectsBeing the face of the company whilst onsite, you’ll deliver a top class solution to the standard of the customerFirst Time Fix mentality – the ability to logically diagnose, repair and report back on faultsWhat can you expect in return?We're strong believers in a good company culture, which is why we offer a mix of staff perks.Cycle to work schemeAn extra day holiday for your birthday£50 for a birthday treatValues champion of the quarter (£200 to the member of staff best embodying the values each quarter)2 x year staff away day/partyRegular social outingsAchievers club - voted for by the people, 5 team members will go away each year to celebrate their hard work for the company
