* Confident in managing and converting client enquiries

* Professional, organised, and proactive in managing their pipeline.
Newly Qualified Advisers
* Fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified
* Highly driven, coachable, and motivated to build a career in mortgage advice
* Willing to learn, develop, and take ownership of opportunities.
