Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Take full ownership of event operations, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience
Lead the setup and layout of event spaces to create a welcoming atmosphere
Collaborate with clients to bring their vision to life with creativity and precision
Source and organise catering, supplies, and vendors while adhering to timelines and budgets
Prepare all details, from seating arrangements to tech setups, in advance
Act as the main contact for vendors, guests, and staff during events
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for a secure environment
Tackle client or guest concerns quickly to enhance their experience
Work closely with the Marketing Manager on event materials and documentation
Provide administrative support to the Events Manager and assist the Workspace Operations team when neededEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
2 years in event management or a client-facing role (hospitality experience welcomed)
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships
Proficiency in event management software and standard office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Tripleseat)
Experience managing budgets for efficient event delivery
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in event settings
Proven ability to stay calm under pressure and problem-solve effectively
Right to work in the UK 🇬🇧Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
