The key focus of the Pre‑Sales Manager is to help prospects understand how the Genasys platform can support and transform their insurance operations.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong blend of insurance domain knowledge and technology solution experience, across both general insurance and the London Market. You will work closely with prospects to understand their underwriting, distribution, and policy administration processes, translating these into tailored Genasys demos and proposals.
This is a client‑facing role for someone who enjoys combining consultative problem‑solving with engaging storytelling around technology. You will be part of the expanding Growth team, reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, working alongside another Pre‑Sales Manager and sales or marketing executives.
Primary Functions of the Position
* Support the Sales Process with Technical Expertise
Work closely with the sales team to engage prospective clients, understand their operational and technical needs and position Genasys as the right solution. You will help translate complex insurance and technology requirements into clear, tailored solutions.
* Deliver Product Demonstrations and Presentations
Lead engaging product demonstrations and presentations that clearly show how Genasys can solve client challenges. You’ll tailor each demo to the prospect’s lines of business, distribution model, personas and operational workflows.
* Support RFPs, Proposals and Bid Responses
Contribute to high‑quality responses for RFPs, tenders, and technical questionnaires. This includes articulating Genasys’s architecture, integration capabilities, configurability and business value creators in a clear and compelling way.
* Create and Maintain Alignment Between Sales and Product
Provide valuable feedback from prospects to internal teams, helping inform product development and go‑to‑market strategy. Ensure that what we promise prospects aligns with the platform’s capabilities and roadmap.
* Contribute to Market Insights and Marketing Communication
Stay informed on the insurance technology landscape, including PAS competitors and industry trends. Your insights and deep product knowledge will help strengthen how we position Genasys in a competitive market and clearly communicate product benefits.
Experience and Skills Required
* 7+ years’ experience pre‑sales and/or technical product experience in insurance/Insurtech.
* Strong knowledge of the Insurance industry, particularly the London Market.
* A proven passion for technology and innovation.
* Resilient, tenacious and adaptable mindset.
* Excellent interpersonal, networking and communication skills.
* Strong time management, organization, and multi‑tasking skills.
Travel
* This is a hybrid working model with two (2) days per week required in office (Lime Street, London).
* Travel to events and prospective customers’ offices will also be required.
