Three Retail Customer Advisor
Location: 41-42 Pride Hill, Shrewsbury, United Kingdom, SY1 1DN
Salary: £13.72 per hour + on-target bonus of 15%, paid monthly based on store performance.
Working Hours: 30 hours across 5 days per week, including rotational weekends.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Engagement: Enhance the customer journey through meaningful interactions that leave customers feeling positive and valued.
* Service Excellence: Create exceptional experiences by tailoring and promoting innovative products and services.
* Performance Enhancement: Achieve personal and store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by driving sales and meeting performance goals.
* Solution Efficiency: Provide personalized solutions for customers with mobile or network-related enquiries, ensuring a prompt resolution.
Qualifications
* Customer Focused: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and the ability to understand and meet customer needs.
* Team Collaboration: Ability to work well within a team, contributing to a positive and high-performing environment.
* Problem Solving: Resourceful and proactive in resolving customer enquiries and challenges.
Full training will be provided; no prior product knowledge required. Ambition and a drive to learn are essential.
