We're recruiting experienced dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Workers to join our nurse-led team at Cera to provide care to our clients in and around the Birmingham (B31 & B14) areas.
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Complex Care Workers to join our dynamic complex care team. This role is ideal for compassionate professionals with experience working with nurse-led clients. You'll be providing care and support to one of our young clients whose specific needs include:
1. Tracheostomy care
2. Suctioning support
3. Nebuilers
4. Gastrostomy feed
5. Medication management
Shifts include
6. Day shifts from 7:30/8am to 4pm and Waking Nights from 10pm to 6am with alternate weekends
We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team. We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.
