Job Description
The Role
You'll be the face of DPD, managing a designated route with roughly 50-60 stops. You're not just a driver; you're a problem-solver and a tech-user. Your role is vital in providing a service that genuinely makes a difference to our customers.
* Drive: Safely operate a 7.5 Tonne vehicle across local routes.
* Tech: Use our industry-leading handheld Saturn devices to manage deliveries and track progress.
* Connect: Be the friendly face our customers see every day.
* Move: Load / unload parcels using provided equipment, such as a sack barrow / hand truck, to safely handle heavier items
Qualifications
What You Bring
* The Essentials: A valid 7.5 Tonne (C1) licence and DQC/CPC accreditation.
* Experience: At least 1 year of experience handling 7.5 Tonne vehicles.
* Vibe: You're professional, approachable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Fitness: You're physically active and comfortable with the lifting involved in the job.
* Values: You care about doing a good job and treat customers and colleagues with respect.
