Youll support our Financial Planners and junior team members, manage the client journey from onboarding to review, and set the standard for best practice.
Your key responsibilities will include: Being a trusted, professional point of contact for our clients.
Managing all aspects of client administration with precision and care.
Preparing documentation, reports, and meeting packs.
Supporting planners with meeting coordination and casework.
Helping to mentor and guide junior colleagues.
Ensuring compliance and streamlining internal processes.
What were looking for Youll have: 5 years experience in financial services administration (preferably in an IFA, financial planning, or wealth management).
Strong understanding of FCA compliance and client care standards.
A professional, warm, and confident communication style.
High levels of organisation and accuracy.
A proactive, collaborative attitude and the ability to work independently.
A desire to mentor others and help the team succeed.
