The successful candidate will become an integral member of a small team and responsible for various team tasks that need to be kept up to date each day.
The main area of importance in this role is accuracy in data processing and a good telephone manner to deal with either incoming or outgoing telephone calls.
Your duties may include (but are not limited to):
Learning our own case management system
Taking phone calls and updating our system
Making outbound telephone calls to claimants / solicitors / medical experts
Sending and receiving e-mails
Data input using our in house system
Any other general admin duties and ad-hoc duties as defined by management
About you:
You will have:
Ability to work effectively as part of a fast-paced team
Ability to make decisions effectively, using either own knowledge or available data
Experience in computers and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Practical organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload to meet deadlines
Previous office / telephone experience is essential
Any work experience in the medico legal / personal injury industry is beneficial
