* Full Time - Permanent
As an Service Coordinator you will be responsible for :
* Responsible for delivery of start-to-end service process of UK customer base.
* Work to SLA and provide excellent customer service
* Receiving and managing inbound calls and emails
* Working closely with the production and sales team updating the customers on any delay in deliveries etc
* Managing customer accounts and being first point of contact for any queries, orders or complaints.
To be successful in this role of Sales Administrator you will ideally have:
* Experience within a customer service/ service or sales administration role
* Experience using an ERP system
* Excellent communication skills written and verbal
