Our client provides unbiased, comprehensive assessments for claimants of the Governments disability allowance (Personal Independence Payment), over the phone, on a video call or in person, either at one of our assessment centres or in claimants homes. Were looking for people with the compassion and experience to understand our claimants health conditions/disabilities and how they impact their lives. And we need people who can balance that with great computer skills, impartiality and strong time management.
Day to Day
You will be conducting initial reviews, paper-based, face-to-face, video or telephone assessments to evaluate how a claimants health condition or disability affects their day-to-day life
Our client's hybrid model means youll be based at home and assigned to work from your nearest assessment centre on a rota basis to deliver face-to-face assessments. Youll spend additional time in our centres or office locations to catch up with your manager and wider team or attend in-person training sessions.
