Key Responsibilities
Lead project delivery through RIBA Stages 4-6, with a focus on residential and mixed-use developments.
Prepare and coordinate comprehensive working drawing packages, including plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and detailed technical information.
Manage coordination between consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Act as the primary client contact, providing clear, consistent, and professional communication throughout all project phases.
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering technical quality and collaborative working.
About You
Degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology (CIAT accreditation advantageous).
Proven technical experience on medium to large-scale projects (typically £5m+ construction value).
Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and Housing Standards.
Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
Confident working both independently and within a collaborative studio environment.
