Support Worker – Full Time (Days) A well-established care provider is currently seeking a full-time support worker to work across two residential services. This role is ideal for an experienced support worker or someone looking to develop their career as a support worker within a stable and rewarding care setting. About the support worker role: The support worker position involves working across two small residential homes, each supporting 6 adults with physical and learning disabilities. As a support worker, you will provide person-centred care, promote independence, and support individuals with their daily living needs while maintaining high standards of care.
