Service Desk Technician
As a dedicated Service Desk Technician, you will be the first point of contact for all IT related incidents and service requests. You will perform remote troubleshooting and determine appropriate solutions based on information collected from customers.
Excellent customer service and strong IT technical skills are required. You will accurately capture and handle all calls with the goal of resolving as many as possible on the first point of contact, whilst meeting service levels, targets, and customer satisfaction.
Shift Pattern & Availability
The role requires a regular shift pattern and out‑of‑hours support on an on‑call rota to ensure 24/7 availability, including bank holidays.
