You will champion a zero-defect culture, leading inspections, audits, and corrective actions to ensure equipment operates flawlessly. Prior Vestas experience is essential and the specific turbines are V162, 4 MW. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the QA team * Perform regular quality inspections and audits on mechanical components, preinstallations, and assemblies. * Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). * Ensure full compliance with internal ISO standards and strict client specifications. Deep understanding of ISO 9001. * Develop quality metrics and deliver reports to management while coaching the wider team on quality best practices.
