Production Operator
Location: Rhyl
Salary: £12.79 per hour
Hours: 12 Hour Shifts, Days and Nights
Hexagon Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Operator to join a busy and well-established manufacturing business in the Rhyl area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment to secure a full-time, long-term position within a modern and growing business.
What you’ll be doing
• Setting up and operating production machinery in line with manufacturing specifications.
• Loading materials and monitoring machine performance during production runs.
• Carrying out routine quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
• Identifying and reporting faults, with basic troubleshooting where appropriate.
• Accurately completing production and quality documentation.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Working closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to keep operations running smoothly.
Essential experience
• Previous machine operator experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Good understanding of production processes and machine operation
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot quality issues
• Mechanically minded with good problem-solving skills
• Awareness of health and safety procedures in a manufacturing setting
