Priory East Midlands is a 28‑bed specialist acute and psychiatric intensive care unit (PICU) service for adult females. The role is part‑time (34 hours per week) and site based. Working days and hours can be discussed at the interview.
What you'll be doing
- Contribute to the development and audit of psychological services across the site and wider organisation as required.
- Work within a multi‑disciplinary team to lead psychological assessments, formulations, and interventions for individuals with complex needs.
- Deliver formulation‑led care using a range of therapeutic approaches to support recovery, independence, and risk reduction.
- Provide supervision, guidance, and reflective practice for psychologists, assistants, trainees, and wider healthcare teams.
- Manage clinical and organisational projects, ensuring high standards of clinical governance and service delivery.
- Offer consultation and collaborative working with healthcare professionals, commissioners, providers, and external agencies.
What you'll bring to the role
Essential
- Hold professional registration with HCPC and BPS.
- For a consultant post, you are required to have 6 years of post‑qualification experience.
