Placemaking and Customer Experience Executive - £28,000-£32,000 - Oxford/Hybrid
Our client is a facilities management business within a leading property company, and they're looking for a creative, hands-on Placemaking and Customer Experience Executive to join their rapidly growing team.

What you'll actually be doing day-to-day: You'll be the "doer" - taking ownership of projects with responsibility for detail, logistics, delivery, and follow-through. Think of it like running a mini business within a business:
1. Event planning and execution - summer/Christmas socials for 150-200 people, run clubs, fitness/wellbeing sessions, professional development workshops
