Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced Legal Secretary in Luton to join a reputable law firm within their Private Client department. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a full-time, office-based position supporting solicitors in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive secretarial support to solicitors within the Private Client department
* Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and forms with high accuracy
* Handle audio typing and fast-paced dictation work
* Maintain and organise client files and records
* Liaise with clients professionally both in person and over the phone
* Ensure deadlines are met and all work is completed to a high standard
* Previous experience as a legal secretary within a firm of solicitors is essential
* A legal secretarial qualification is highly desirable
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work well as part of a team
