Description
* Direct and manage a portfolio of audit clients
* Ensure all audits are completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
* Provide guidance and supervision to audit team members
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
* Keep abreast of industry regulations and standards
* Use CCH and My Working Places software effectively
* Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to strategic planning
Profile
A successful Audit Manager or Assistant Manager should have:
* A professional qualification in Accounting or Finance
* Proficiency in CCH and My Working Places software
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Proven experience in managing audit teams
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Solid understanding of the professional services industry
* Exceptional attention to detail

* A competitive salary in the region of £45,000 - £70,000 per annum
