Duties of the Service Advisor:
7. Manage customer enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
8. Oversee the end-to-end process of repairs, including booking in vehicles and providing updates to customers
9. Liaise with insurance companies to facilitate smooth claims and repairs
10. Coordinate with internal staff to ensure efficient workflow within the bodyshop
11. Assist with administrative tasks around the bodyshop, including gaining knowledge in estimating
12. Handle a small amount of driving, such as delivering vehicles or collecting parts when required
13. Contribute to the overall efficiency and smooth operation of the bodyshop team
Requirements of the Service Advisor:
14. Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service position within the motor trade
15. Driving Licence Essential
16. Strong organisational and communication skills
17. Resilient and able to handle challenging situations professionally
18. Customer-focused attitude with an adaptable, flexible approach
19. Willingness to learn about bodyshop processes, estimating, and insurance liaising is advantageous but not essential
