Air Source Heat Pump Engineer – WPS
Join WPS as an Air Source Heat Pump Engineer and help keep communities central to your business. This role offers a minimum basic salary of £45,000 with an on‑target earnings (OTE) of £60,000 per annum, working 40 hours per week.

Your role
* Service and general repairs of air source heat pumps
* Undertake central heating system repairs where required
* Provide solutions and report on system performance
* Perform fault‑finding analysis and refer work where necessary
* Carry out installation and upgrading of heating/HVAC equipment on a planned and reactive basis to ensure safety and efficiency
* Document all work using your PDA
* Report any accidents, near‑misses, or potential hazards
* Handle additional maintenance tasks within your remit
* Adapt to a wide range of customer needs and schedules within your working day
What we would like from you
* Desire and passion for high‑quality work within a strong team environment
* Experience with Air Source Heat Pumps, HVAC, or heating system installations and servicing
* A full UK driving licence
* Flexibility and a positive attitude towards varied work
* Excellent customer service skills and experience working with the public
* Strong knowledge of Health & Safety practices and industry standards
* Ability to manage time and workload independently
* Additional qualifications (water regulations, Solar, RFQ L3, F‑Gas) are desirable; G3 licence will be taught
Desirable qualifications
* ACS qualifications: CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT
* Domestic plumbing NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds equivalent
