Class1 Personnel are looking for a full-time receptionist for a prestige company in Norwich to cover on-going sickness leave.
Administration and Secretarial
Hours: Mon to Fri 0800 hrs to 1700 hrs
Hourly pay: £12.21
Location: Norwich
Duties for the Receptionist:
* Meeting and greeting guests
* Booking meeting rooms and keeping them tidy
* General office administration - Printing, photocopying, filling and scanning
* receiving post/deliveries
* Highly organised.
* Confident/professional manner
* Excellent communication
* Excellent Microsoft skills
