Purpose of the role:
The Recruitment Administrator supports Recruitment Coordinators with administrative tasks throughout the recruitment process. Responsibilities include posting and screening candidates via our ATS (Blue Octopus), arranging interviews, and submitting referencing packs to our Compliance Team. The role involves supporting candidate attraction and conversion for hourly paid roles at our London Heathrow and London City sites, and may require some travel to other sites or hiring events.
This role is within a fast-paced HR Recruitment Team, essential for the smooth operation of ongoing recruitment activities.
Stakeholders:
Internal: Operations and Functional Managers, Recruitment Coordinators, HR Team, Compliance/Referencing Team
External: Service providers, Recruitment agencies, Candidates, Job Centres, Job Boards, other stakeholders
Main duties:
* Advertising vacancies on various job boards via ATS
* Monitoring and reporting management information (MI) weekly and monthly
* Supporting first-line CV screening and providing feedback
* Arranging interviews and preparing schedules
* Conducting initial phone screenings as needed
* Preparing recruitment packs for the Compliance and Referencing Team
* Facilitating interview feedback collection
* Gathering employment documents (Right to Work, HMRC Forms, criminal checks)
* Providing general administrative support to the recruitment team
Additional duties may be assigned based on locality or role complexity.
Qualifications and experience:
* Experience in a fast-paced administrative role
* Experience with job boards
* External agency experience is desirable but not essential
* Resilience and ability to work under pressure
* Experience with ATS systems
* Experience in the aviation sector is a plus but not required
