We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Female Support Worker to join our dedicated team at St Barnabas Court, a vibrant supported living service in Hemel Hempstead. With eight homes offering 24-hour support and outreach services in the community, this is a rewarding opportunity to be part of something truly special. What You Will Be Doing: As a Support Worker, you will be at the heart of helping individuals with learning disabilities live independently, confidently, and with dignity. Your role will include: Creating and implementing personalised support plans Promoting life skills such as cooking, cleaning, and budgeting Providing personal care with sensitivity and respect Supporting individuals to attend appointments and engage in meaningful activities Mentoring new staff and contributing to a positive team culture Encouraging aspirations and helping people achieve their goalsThis role includes one sleep-in shift per week, with an additional allowance of £52.78 per sleep-in.
