Role and Experience Level
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE to join the firm’s Real Estate team in a role focused primarily on leasehold enfranchisement. Based in Canterbury, with hybrid working offered post-settlement, this role would suit a technically capable lawyer with specific expertise in long leasehold work and a wider commercial property background.

Key Responsibilities
You’ll work across a varied caseload of commercial and residential property matters, with particular focus on:
* Leasehold enfranchisement
* Lease extensions
* Freehold acquisitions and disposals
* Service and maintenance charge disputes
* General commercial property transactions
You’ll also work closely with senior practitioners in the enfranchisement space, with the role designed to evolve into a specialist position within the firm for the right candidate.
Required Skills & Experience
* 3+ years’ PQE (guideline)
* Strong technical knowledge of long leasehold matters, including experience with County Court and Property Tribunal processes
* Sound commercial property knowledge
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
* A collaborative approach and eagerness to specialise further
