Job Description This is a unique and high-impact opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join as Head of Enterprise – Talent and Learning & Development, reporting directly to the CHRO. You will be responsible for building and embedding core HR capabilities across Talent, Succession, Performance, and Learning & Development – acting as a trusted HRBP to key C-suite leaders at the Group HQ in West London. Succession Planning & Talent Management Design and implement enterprise-wide succession planning frameworks, tools, and processes that ensure leadership continuity and depth. Lead talent identification and calibration processes, partnering closely with senior leaders and HRBPs. Drive a culture of proactive talent development, ensuring we are building future capabilities at speed and scale. 2. Performance Management Shape and evolve APCOA’s performance management strategy, driving alignment between business outcomes and people performance. Implement simple, agile, and data-driven performance processes, with continuous feedback at the core. Equip leaders with the tools and mindsets to foster high performance and accountability. 3. Learning & Development Lead the development of a learning organisation where growth, upskilling, and innovation are embedded into the culture. Design and roll out enterprise learning programs with clear pathways for leadership, technical, and cross-functional development. Leverage internal and external learning platforms to scale development at all levels. 4. Strategic HR Business Partnering Operate as a key HRBP to the Executive Leadership Team, advising on talent, organisation design, and leadership development. Bridge the gap between decentralised business units and enterprise HR strategy, ensuring alignment and consistency in execution. 5. Enterprise HR Capability Building Lead the design and rollout of enterprise-grade HR processes that enable simplification, scalability, and long-term sustainability. Build and evolve HR frameworks in a start-up-like environment, focusing on transformation, digital enablement, and value creation.
