An exciting opportunity has become available to join Ideal Health's team as an Account Executive:
Role
This role will involve meeting key stakeholders in healthcare organisation with our subject matter experts, to identify areas in which we could support them and propose solutions that will help them to achieve their digital transformation goals.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a regional plan to grow revenues and increase the customer base
* Research organisations across the region to identify the potential opportunities
* Contact key stakeholders to discuss their requirements (supported by our subject matter experts) and propose relevant professional services solutions
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across your region and target accounts
* Lead the development of proposals and bids for your accounts
* Manage the business development cycle from lead generation through to opportunity closure
* Track and manage an opportunities pipeline for your region
* Manage and develop accounts through ongoing account management
* Build relationships within the industry, including vendors and partners, through attending regional and national networking events
Skills and Experience
* Experience in selling professional services, such as managed projects, resources and consultancy
* A professional business development approach
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships over the phone
* Excellent networking skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients at a senior level
* Demonstrable experience of building long term client relationships
* Ideally, familiarity with the digital health sector and an understanding of the healthcare market

This is a hybrid role, primarily based at our Guildford office, but will involve travel to client sites.
