Warehouse Operations Manager
Location: Kent
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 (dependent on experience) + bonus and benefits

Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all inbound operations, including goods-in, good out, deliveries and stock movement with accurate booking and SLA adherence
* Inspire, coach and develop warehouse team members, fostering a safe, engaged and high-performance working culture
* Maintain robust quality control standards across all inbound and warehouse processes
* Partner with other departments to ensure smooth operational flow and exceptional customer outcomes
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity and service levels
* Monitor and analyse operational performance metrics, taking action to achieve and exceed targets
* Ensure stock accuracy and replenishment processes are maintained to support operational demand
* Support resource planning to meet changing business volumes and priorities
Requirements
* Proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced warehouse environment
* Exceptional leadership and people management skills with strong communication abilities
* Solid understanding of people management processes including absence and performance management
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with a commitment to accuracy, quality and safety
* Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred
* Forklift certification is advantageous
