Contracts Manager required for our client, a leading Construction business. They are seeking a Contracts Manager to lead the financial and operational delivery of a portfolio of contracts. You'll ensure services are delivered cost-effectively, in line with legal and contractual obligations, and company KPIs across the full contract lifecycle.
Contract Manager Remuneration
* £70,000 - £80,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities
* Manage contract delivery from pre-contract to defects and final account.
* Control financials: forecasting, margin tracking, cost and sales reporting.
* Lead internal teams and supply chain to ensure efficient project execution.
* Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling.
* Ensure compliance with company procedures and statutory obligations.
Requirements
* ONC/HND/Degree in M&E, Building Services or Construction
* SMSTS, IOSH, CSCS, First Aid
* Proven experience in contract/project management
* Strong financial and stakeholder management skills
* Proficient in Excel, SharePoint, Asta Powerproject or similar
* Full UK driving licence
