What will you be doing as Sales Coordinator:
Working as part of a small team you will be dealing with a mixture of existing and lapsed customers to provide excellent customer service and develop relationships. Duties will include:
1. Quoting customers, advising stock levels, giving product advice, and suggesting products ideas
2. Dealing with inbound calls and outbound calls to existing customers
3. Liaising directly with suppliers in the UK and overseas to gain pricing and product information
4. Liaising with customers and other internal departments regarding any issues with customer orders
5. Updating customers websites to include the product range
6. Analysing spreadsheets, to monitor spend and product trends
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
7. Ideally experience in a similar internal sale, sales administration, account manager or other business to business sales support or customer service role
8. Someone with office based experience and a good phone manner could also be suitable
9. Comfortable working with Word, Excel and email
10. Numerate with a good eye for detail and the ability to focus on accuracy
11. Proactive and takes ownership
12. An upbeat and positive character with a strong team focus and the ability to build relationships
